Our Story
Banton Law has been serving the Westchester and lower New York community for over 25 years as a trusted legal advocate. What began as a solo practice has grown into a reputable firm that has helped thousands of clients who continue to seek our advice and counsel in myriad legal situations.
Founded by Veronica Banton after transitioning from a 20-year career as a biochemist with IBM, the firm embodies her vision of helping people in a more interpersonal manner. After graduating from Pace Law School, Veronica established her practice and never looked back.
Today, the firm continues its legacy with the addition of Samantha Banton, bringing fresh perspectives while maintaining the same commitment to client service and legal excellence.

Veronica Banton, Esq.
Founding Attorney
Veronica Banton has been serving the Westchester and lower New York community for over 25 years as a trusted attorney and advocate for her clients. Veronica began her career as a biochemist with IBM for 20 years. After spending much time isolated in labs, Veronica knew that she was not truly fulfilled as her calling was to help people in a more interpersonal manner. She graduated from Pace Law School, soon after forayed into solo legal practice and never looked back.

Samantha Banton, Esq.
Attorney
Samantha Banton, daughter of Veronica, is a graduate of Brooklyn Law School. During her time there she was a member of the Brooklyn Law Incubator and Policy Clinic and Center for Urban Business Entrepreneurship and had the unique opportunity of being an intellectual property intern in the legal department of David Yurman, an international jewelry company. After law school, Samantha worked in Putnam and Westchester Supreme Courts as an Assistant Law Clerk for a Supreme Court Judge, handling matters such as property disputes, divorce and guardianship proceedings.
